How do I return?

Please contact dinto.co@trendmaker.kr with your order details to request a return or refund.

When reaching out, please include the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Reason for Refund
  3. Photo (if needed)

What is your returns policy?

Please note that we do not offer refunds for products due to personal preference or change
of mind, so we kindly ask you to make your purchase decision carefully.

Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

We can only accept returned makeup items if they are unopened and unused.

Any items returned to us that do not meet our return criteria will be sent back to you.

We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from our official website.

If you have received an item that appears faulty or damaged, we sincerely apologize.
Please contact us at dinto.co@trendmaker.kr with your order details and a photo of the
issue — our team will be happy to assist you.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

All returns are inspected within 14 days of receipt, and if approved, your refund will be
issued to the original payment method used for your order.

Please allow up to 72 hours for the refunded amount to appear in your account once
issued.
